

So, I appreciated the fact that it is brought up between the two of them that they need to get to know each other better. Other than that infamous not-a-one-night-stand Vegas scene, they haven’t really interacted much. Even though as readers we’ve gotten to know Dan and Kat a little bit through the previous books in the series, Dan and Kat don’t really know each other all that well. We’ve been waiting for this book for years… literally YEARS.

Janie, Elizabeth, Sandra, Ashley, Fiona, Marie, and Kat these ladies are what make readers return time and time again to these books and they made this story wonderful. It’s these characters that makes these stories so special. They’re supportive, they’re caring, they’re hilarious, they’re smart. The kind where, no matter how long you’ve been apart, it’s like you just saw each other yesterday. Reading a new Knitting in the City book is like meeting up with old friends again.
